This is definitely not seeing stretch mediated hypertrophy. What I do think this possibly shows as well is because they were only doing that 90 degrees to 45. So it's kind of in that, you know, kind of what they call that like constant tension bodybuilders use sort of pumpy motion. And then if you're just keeping it in that range and they did do this, they overloaded it in the top half range.
