At first when we opened up twnty three, we had no a we were doing. So i think the more comfortable we've gotten with the process of opening, then we've been able to focus really the metrics more and have those we call weekly snapshots that show the performance of the restaurant. We surround ourselves with really smart people that understand how the metrics should look, and then allow ourselves the ability to actually get the data that we need out of these restaurants," he said.
