The Name of the Lord Jesus Continued to Increase
In Acts, chapter 19, we find the apostle paul in ephesus. He spends three months teaching in the synagogue. The fact that he can remain there for so long suggests that they are more receptive than they were in other parts of empire. However, there is a progressive hardening of the opposition to paul. Some become stubborn and con ed in unbelief. They exceed all the experts of the kingdom. How do you imagine the example of daniel his friends would have been used by jews during this period?
