The Power of Failure
Eric Colnagal: One of the biggest changes that's happened in our profession is the realization that what we've traditionally done is learned from failure. Failure can teach us much, but it also puts us in a position where we're learning kind of what a system looks like when it fails. He says this has forced him and others to take time to learn from normal work - which often doesn't hit the radar screen.
