Ary: How do newsrooms cope with stories like this, when the majority of their journalists won't be specialists, they will be generalists. And suddenly a story of this complexity and importance lands on them, and they're the ones responsible for explaining it. Ary: That is why you have those specialist jobs, and you try and do as many explainers as you can,. both publicly and indeed internally. But quite sure what i'm very sure, i've been in that situation myself many times.
