Cultural capital and micronologists are the ways that income inequality gets perpetuated. My work has been very much inspired by the work of an anthropologist named Lauren Nader who had students in the early 70s, who wanted to basically study rich bankers is what they were called then at a Goldman Sachs. And her anthropology students kind of naively went and said, you know, we want to study your culture.
