How to Make Cysteine

We need to eat enough sulfur amino acids. This comes from any of the protein in our diet, but there's twice as many in animal products as plant products. And then we need to use vitamin B6 and glycine in order to make that cysteine. But if we need coenzyme A, we go on to step four. This is where we add ADP to it to make DphosphoCoA.
