Building Trust in a School
How do you go about building trust in a school or organization? And does this differ from how you try build culture? Thing? A lot about this recently. There's a difference between culture and climate, which is how it feels to work m in our school. Trust is part of the latter. Trust is an outcome. Is the result of your actions. You can't expect someone to trust your judgment if they don't think you're good at what you do. The very first thing is make sure you know what you're talking about,. Make sure you can walk walk the talk.
