The Importance of Protein Intake

In reality, you have to have a total paradigm shift in the way you're thinking. And it needs to be probably a deeper commitment than having a calorie surplus cover up some of those mistakes. The high protein group was actually consuming around 420 calories extra per day compared to the low protein group. So not only the gain more lean mass, they lost more fat mass, which is super interesting despite eating more calories.
