Do Liberals Outsource Government Contracts to Their Friends?
Conservative MPs questioning how well he knows Prime Minister Trudeau, Deputy PM Christia Freeland. How much of this really is about partisan politicking that? Well, I think there's two things going on at the same time. And even Barton was supportive of this idea of the issue of outsourcing in general and what it means for the public service. But broadly speaking, when we're talking about billions of government contracts, the vast majority of the time ministers are not involved in that.
