The Pandemic of Remote Work Environments

For the past eight years now, i've been working remotely. And and e ye, we've set up processes around it. Like in the beginning, we had, i had to work by american hours,. There would be an epat with my face on it, so that i'm present in the office. It was everyone else. Ah, and i would imagine that throws a whole other, you know, a arm in the race. This is like it, it's a whole different world now that we operate in. But from a communication perspectivea, it's just another hurdale, right? Yes, for sure.
