The Last Formula One Race Winner of the 1950s
Today would have been Tony Brooks' 91st birthday. He won races for Ferrari and the former British team Van Woll in the 1950s. There was a great sense of camaraderie in those days because, say, it was so dangerous. The cars were not designed to withstand accidents as they are now. It sounded like you needed incredible bravery. I never force myself to drive beyond the limits of my capability.
