Teachers Union - Is the Voucher System Really Socialism Light?
Voucher supporters argue that the government should have a bigger role in education. They say if more people take vouchers and put their keds in public schools, that means less students in the public school system. That threatens the teachers and the teachers unions; why wouldn't they object? This is a racket. I mean, it's a socialist racket,. And so any threat to that system is going to create animosity. It very well can be that the whole system's rotten to the core.
