How to Take a Break and Listen to Your Body
When I first started this podcast, I used to have the goal of walking 10,000 steps every day and it would take maybe a couple hours out of my day. Now I've changed completely and my goal is just walk outside every day. So now you walk for 45 minutes at least and you can walk slowly or quickly. It doesn't matter because of course, the downside of having 10,000 Steps is the faster you walk, the sooner you finish.
