The Distraction From Product
Dropbox is still around and kicking, but like I use Dropbox every single day. Now we're not enterprise. So I didn't concern myself with how easily can I sign up a thousand users to this service because that's not my problem. In the case of box though, they won. It seemed like in the case of Apple Apple give them their business. They probably built those features themselves. But it doesn't matter how shiny your collaboration feature is. If you don't have this feature, it doesn'tmatter how great your product is. And so you just got to hold on to stuff.
