The Importance of Transaction Costs in the Markets
The sector neutral approach can work a lot better. When you are making those big bets on, bets on sectors, you're looking a lot different than the market and some, some clients have trouble staying with that type of approach. I would think in the markets you operate in transaction costs are really, really important. In reading your materials, you had something you referred to as inflammation implementation shortfall in terms of how you look at this issue.
