The Supreme Court's Openness to Judges

In November of 2018, we're just like a month and a half after Brett Kavanaugh has come on. We had yet another immigration asylum related case in lower court with Donald Trump. And Donald Trump is deriding the judge who ruled against his asylum policy. He refers to him as an Obama judge. That was the only time that Chief Justice John Roberts has said anything publicly about Donald Trump and his attitude toward the Supreme Court. Now in the end, we know that this Supreme Court did not just completely ducked out.
