How to Write a Creative Writing Manual

This is the kind of exercise you'd see in a creative writing book and you'd go oh but you'd never fucking do it no no one does those exercises because i don't know it just it feels like building a spreadsheet or something. So why not actually think about this what would your ideal day look like? Don't put in stuff like 11 to 11 30 a.m. an alien several a pod would clean out my butthole with its tentacles as far as we know those creatures aren't real.
