The Importance of Empathy in Marketing
I want to broaden now and talk about marketing versus advertising. What are some one marketing campaign or a few that have kind of blown your mind? I thought what was so fascinating about the Nike Kaepernick campaign, they really knew their consumer. It's hard to take risks like that in any brand, particularly brands like ours. And on the poverty piece, again, it's a solvable problem. It's a problem that business has a real role to play in solving.
