i think it's a mistake to favor universes that predict like observers, that observers like me probably will exist. If you apply this problem to a set of different sub universes within the cosmological multi verse, then youare basically doing exactly what stephen weinberg did back in 19 88. So i think adopting this strategy of saying, the only thing that were typical within the only set of observers within which we are typical is the set of observers just like me, still gives the same thropic predictions as the typical street cosmologist would get.
