How to Change Your Writing Habit

If you want to make like a productivity change or a workflow change, this is my advice about doing it. First, I would be careful about making like huge sweeping changes when you just like go and change everything. So for example, with procrastinating, maybe what you want to do is set a timer for 20 minutes. And then by being reflective, then you are going to be able to note whether that gets better as the trial period goes on.
