When we entered into the Indian market for Airbnb, we were just like flabbergasted why the Indians were like, you didn't even watch them use the screen. They were confused and what it boiled down to after like hours and hours of feedback. And are like, they didn't like the simplicity of it was confusing for them. In North America, it's so transactional that you're like, literally get me like the CTA,. Like I want to jump on that page and I want to be like book Airbnb book fire. You don't want to avoid the pleasantries, but it's the complete opposite where it doesn't work like that.
