The Enemy Keeps Us From Having These Conversations

I'm trying to find a way to not be dishonest with people when i have to have these conversations, but also not put it all on them. I've had some great people who've either left or gott hired or took another job. If i had a chance to hire him back right now, i probably wouldn't,. Not because i don't like em, but because we're a different company now. Right?
