NHS has this real problem with staff retention, partly for financial reasons. I think we all underestimate the extent to which the health service runs on goodwill. We're going to have this rotation of key workers going into different fields. It's very useful for politicians because then you can't criticise our beloved NHS but it's also very useful for them when it comes to staffing levels.
