"It wasn't a dream, it wasn't disoriented. My entire immediate family can back me up on it," he says. "I know it sounds crazy, I know it sounds impossible but I was there and I know what I saw." The car smashed into the side of Peter's parents' vehicle while they were driving him to summer camp at Lake Tahoe. He recalls his dad swerving to avoid a head-on collision that would have left them seriously injured.
