How to Sleep Better After a Cold Shower

A hot shower before, or to a sauna before bed. Heat in the back half of the day, cold in the front half of the Day would be my kind of recommendation. I've been experimenting with this personally where I do just like a 30 second, like quick dip and then I get dressed and then I do a workout - it makes me feel so good. So all the ice hockey guys have been doing like 30 second showers before the game. And you know, again, it might just be a mental thing. It's like a bonding thing. But I think they get the surge and, um, yeah, and my son's like ice hockey team has now been doing it
