Coach ted lasso forgives his ex-wife on the spot. He believes she's genuine in her apology, and he says that he understands how hard divorce can be. In this moment of complete betrayal, he actually thanks her. When i look at the type of leader that i want to be in life, it looks a hell of a lot like coach ted.
