School Shootings - What's the Motive?

We often search for motive, and then when we find that motive, we are able to put these mas shooters in a little box. We make it sound like these are these scary monsters that aren't actually our community members or neighbors. What we see time and time again is that these perpetrators tell people they're going to do this. They post about it. School shooters in particular, its over 80 % of them tell other people. The most common people they tell is their classmates. Who's thete somebody? I would say it's everyone,. from family members, friends, teachers, am police co workers.
