The Pololo Worm
The pololo worm lives in coral reef burrows around islands in the South Pacific Ocean. Once or twice a year, these worms grow special along a butt segment called an epitoke. They even have a rudimentary eye spot to help them regal towards the ocean's surface. These marine worm butts can also be scooped up in nets like noodles and cooked as a local delicacy.
