Jeffrey Toobin: God's promises to Abraham don't die with him. But as you said, they're fulfilled in a remarkable way that actually has something to do with you and me right now. He says the idea of faith is not simply beliefism. And what we see in Abram is he not only believed God, but it was counted for him as righteousness because he stepped out and he walked in it. So there's a remarkable demonstration here of what it means to walk with God with Abram.
