I was almost thinking as if he's the government official that's come to pick Harry up after Harry used magic. They're taking him away to some sort of delinquent holding. That would be the way that it would work the most. Molly actually met the Dursleys at the end of last term. She walked up to them very nice, very pleasantly saying, oh, you must be Harry's parents or guardians or whatever she says, his family. And Vernon took one look at her and said "Oh, yeah, that don't be woman" So again, I still don't see them being successful in getting Harry out. The only thing that could do it was the element of surprise
