Tolkien and Allay
Tolkien mentions that the Valla had no language of their own, not needing one. The idea is that they would have communicated by telepathy. So Allay is the only one who invented their own language. And that's how they communicated with Oremay and the other Valla later on. That is the only Valla we actually see in gensing languages.
