I imagine you're being pushed far outside of what was comfortable for you. I don't network in the same way that joe morris networks. So i still hate walking into a big room with a hllowd people, even if i know most of them. My strategy is to find people that i genuinely want to know and go out to lunch with them. And i've been doing more of that recently.
