Pulmonary Thromboendar Directome PEA

Pulmonary thromboendar directome PTE or pulmonary endar directome PEA. This is a procedure where these chronic clots are actually removed. Patients are put on cardiopulmonary bypass and done under profound hypothermia. At UCSD, this procedure can be done with a less than 5% mortality.
