The hiring process is just inacuas, it's very difficult. The hard parti is, like, how do you actully? Dos reson the stuff? Ye, i mean, totally. I think you have to be pretty lazy, focused about what personalit traits you want to find out about. And then it's hard, but i think you can do it. But that requires some one to think creatively and of a hiring process that tries to answer these questions,. which is much harder than are you analytical? Are you analytical? It's pretty easy.
