How to Talk to People in a Depression

When you are in a massive depression, you can't talk to anyone. So that is maybe when the people around you need to look for some kind of support mechanism and talking about it is absolutely amazing therapy. And I do find there's a lot of virtue signaling around the words of it's good to talk. But people have got to listen because people are still treated very differently at work,. if they say, I can't come in because I've got a heart complaint instead of extreme anxiety and depression. It needs to be addressed. There is still a lot of work to do.
