The tarot has many religious connections with Judaism, Christianity, paganism and a number of other religions. When we use the tarot as a positive tool, tarot can be one of the most spiritual tools that's available to us because it's helping us connect to our intuition. And I can't see personally how that makes the tarot cards evil.
