The Cdc's Power to Issue Sanitation Rules
The federal government argued that sanitation covers things, making people wear mass. But a judge said the better meaning is to actively clean something and if you wear a mask, you are not actively cleaning anything. The real problem with this decision is that it's a judicial opinion about crippling the authority of our national public health agency to address this pandemic and the next one. It sotis similar to the kind of thinking that we see with the mask mandate.
