Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone Is a Very Valuable Skill

I often find that if I am not feeling like the dumbest person in the room, at least the majority of the time, I get bored. And also the fastest way to grow is just surround yourself by talent and by really skilled people that know what you're doing. So well, being able to get out of your comfort zone, it is an incredibly valuable skill for people who tend to be more introverted than technically minded and maybe less social.
