Doing Things That Don't Scale

In the midst of what's going on right now, optimizing for progress over sustainable process is I think the order of the day. It means blurring orgs and the boundaries between orgs. Changing people's remits were necessary. And through my career, I'll be in camcies and stormy seas, and I'm about to learn how to sail in stormy seas.
