You'll want to begin by spending some time figuring out what key words you should be using in your content. My favorite way is to use keyword rich tools like ober suggests dot com, or keywords everywhere dot com. You're not always going to find the perfect ideal combo of this data, but do the best that you can. Don't totally disregard using a keyword just because there's more competition.
