The Evolution of HTN's Newsletter

Techner: The overall patient's experience of care in this country is probably still pretty atrocious but I don't agree that all the numbers are getting worse. We have our community, which is the paid community of HTN, where people are sharing and coming to have conversations about the news or helping each other build. A lot of it is is purely based off of reading the news with RSS feeds and different types of articles that we've cultivated over time. And so I think a lot of debates during the week on topics.
