Exercise is simply creating a stimulus, creating a signal. The goal of exercise is actually to create the adaptation. All exercises are different in how you receive and respond to them. Nobody ever taught me that I need to balance out what I'm doing with my body. If we can restore the deeper excursion by you doing intentional breathing, doing more intense exercise, I think that will lead to just a massive shift in your ability to move your body.
