The Importance of Friendship With God

When we think about friendship with God, this idea, I think maybe we most often associate it with Jesus in particular. Owen argues in the book that we're meant to have that sort of direct relationship with Father, Son, and Spirit. And there's a sense in which distinct communion with the Spirit is inevitably going to lead you into communion with Lord Jesus and the Father.
