Is Russia Committed to a Civilian State?

We're getting mixed signals out of Russia. The other problem with that is that the mixed signals, I think, might be part of a typical Russian disinformation campaign. And we're watching something happening in China and none of us knows what is going on. Is this a coup? We'll know a lot more in November. But it's not just the US dollar, it's the Euro syndicate dollars. So everybody's over a barrel except the guys who can print dollars, which is basically England and the US.
