Siber War - China's New Front in Global Conflict

China has commissioned its first aircraft carrier, a refitted soviet model announced plans to build several more. China is also working on submarine launched missiles that would avoid us. And it is building up its space programe on both the civilian and military sites. Regular cibr attacks are therefore likely to be an ongoing facet of a cool war.
