Is Tranexamic Acid a Good Treatment for Primary Fibroenolysis?
There may be some of those subtypes that benefit from tranexamic acid and others that don't. That still remains a question to be answered but I think in mature trauma systems where we have the ability to test for this I think we should identify those subgroups primarily okay. The G value which measures clot tensile strength kilodytes per centimeter squared gives us an indication as well.
