Tasks that are really easy for humans are often hard for ai systems and vice versa. Gpt can draw without access to any sort of image output it just produces JavaScript code or LaTeX code. Even with that it is somehow able to for instance draw a unicorn in Latex which is something that is not easy. It can write a JavaScript code to make an image in the style of Kandinsky which is a very abstract and very geometric style.
