In a team of three, you can't quiet quit nor can you be quiet fired. There could be, from both sides, there could be high perceived switching costs. So the employer is like whatever. That to me is so backward. Well, it's totally counter to your personal ethic and to your company culture. Yes, long term for sure. But I think there's a certain size organization that are big enough that they have enough inertia that that kind of thing's not going to show up in profit until later.
