How to Deal With Negative Emotions

The remedy for negative emotions or emotions in the fear end of the spectrum is simply get in there and feel it. When you journal, do not worry about punctuation or what it looks like if your handwriting is neat or not neat. If you feel better typing it on a computer, you can try that. The problem is we block these emotions and we don't have clarity around them. We gain the clarity that we need when we process them.
